Nicky Jam has a luxury mansion in the air of Downtown Miami

Nicky Jam just bought a Messi-style mansion in the air, only instead of beachfront like the soccer star, his 4,600-square-foot apartment is in downtown Miami and overlooking Biscayne Bay already the city.

Jam, 40 years old and one of the founders of reggaeton alongside figures like Daddy Yankee, has grown older and has now doubled the investment compared to his previous residence, buying this $ 6 million condo at One Thousand Museum, one of the Miami’s most photographed buildings, which was designed by British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid.

Jam’s 4,600-square-foot residence has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a staff room. The mid-floor condo unit has Italian-designed built-in closets, state-of-the-art home automation infrastructure from Crestron, and specially designed lighting by Uli Petzold, who they call the starlight designer.
