We are so excited to introduce our Excecutive Chef, Max Kamakura.

Originally from Brazil, Max comes from a family of 3 generations of shushi chefs, renowned in the art of Sushi.

For 10 years he worked alongside JAM Restaurant Excecutive Sushi Chef Tanamate, one of the most famous Japanese restaurants un Brazil.

Max was raised with a traditional style and mastered a new wave of Japanese-Brazilian gastronomy while un Brazil and South Florida. He continues to add yo this evolutionary process in the art of sushi by maintaining his originality and delivering his uniqueness to South Florida
