Pitbull: “I wouldn’t be what I am if it wasn’t for Miami”

The famous Cuban-American rapper Pitbull dedicated a short video to thank Miami for all the opportunities it has given him.

In a recording of more than four minutes, the singer takes us through the vibrant history of Miami nightlife and how it shaped his life and music. “It’s very special,” he said in Pitbull in the video that was published in the SirusXM channel.

Pitbull thanked those who opened the door for him to achieve success. “I am very proud of those who represent Miami around the world,” he said.

The Cuban-American rapper took advantage of the video to give some details of the “street” about the city of Miami. One of them is the acronym of the city of Miami that on the street is translated as “Money is a major issue” which translates into Spanish as “Money is an important problem”.

Armando Christian Pérez, Pitbull in the artistic world, is an American singer, rapper, composer and music producer of Cuban descent born on January 15, 1981 in Miami, Florida, United States.

The star was present again after spending almost two years without releasing an album -the last was Libertad 548 in 2019-, and is that his successes in previous years have allowed him to continue on the cusp of musical fame.

Now, the Miami-born singer has echoed something totally removed from music, where he has stood out so much, with more than 7.5 million albums sold – including 100 million singles – and several Grammy Awards.

Pitbull became the new owner partner of the NASCAR Trackhouse Racing team, which debuted on February 14 at the Daytona 500.

The rapper also known as “Mr. Worldwide ” joins NBA Hall of Famer Michael Jordan as celebrity ownership entering NASCAR this year.

“I’ve been a fan of NASCAR history since Days of Thunder (the 1990 movie starring Tom Cruise). We’re going to show the world that NASCAR is not just a sport but a culture.”

Pitbull noted that the ad coincided with his 40th birthday: “So get ready! Hit it! ”, He finished with his characteristic motto.
