MELO GROUP SUBMITS PLANS TO BUILD THEIR TALLEST EVER TOWER: 58-STORY DOWNTOWN 1ST

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is scheduled to review a new Melo Group proposal to build a tower in the Central Business District called Downtown 1st. The tower is proposed to rise 58 stories, or 557 feet in total (the roof is proposed at 537 feet, with the elevator equipment roof rising 20 feet higher).
