Music manager Myles Shear paid $6.6 million for a home in Miami Beach.

Shear, a 28-year-old Miami Beach native who discovered EDM and house music superstars Kygo and Thomas Jack, acquired the waterfront home at 3300 Chase Avenue. Records show Trung Nghia Duong sold the property.

In November, Shear sold his home at 2061 North Bay Road for $4.2 million.

Julian Cohen of The Jills Zeder Group represented Shear in both deals. Nicolas Brocherie with The Olivine Realty Group represented the seller of the Chase Avenue home.

The Miami Beach property last sold in 2014 for $2.1 million. Duong demolished the previous home and constructed a new residence that was completed in 2016, according to property records.

It hit the market that year for $8.5 million, and was most recently asking $7 million in October.

The two-story home, with five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, is across the street from the Miami Beach Golf Club. It features a four-car garage and alternate parking for up to 12 cars, multiple terraces, a pool and a rooftop hot tub, according to a press release.

Celebrities have been flocking to South Florida recently. Shear’s neighbors will include Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen on Indian Creek Island, as well as Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner in Miami Beach.
