42-Story Miami Station Site Appears To Have Been Listed For Sale ‘Shovel Ready’

The site where the 42-story Miami Station tower is planned has been listed for sale, according to a screen shot uploaded to Twitter.

The listing was retweeted by two employees of the brokerage firm.

According to the listing, the project is “shovel ready.”

On April 25, the Federal Aviation Administration granted approval to build the tower at a height of 539 feet above ground, or 546 feet above sea level.

A construction permit application to begin building the project was filed by Related Group affiliate PRH Miami Central, LLC in March.

According to the construction permit, Miami Station will include:

  • 301 multifamily rental units (levels 23 to 40)
  • 247,322 square feet of office (levels 11 to 21)
  • 6 floors of parking
  • 5,951 square feet of ground floor retail
