47-Story Tower Proposed Near Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale Station

Plans have been submitted for a 47-story tower less than a five-minute walk from Brightline’s Fort Lauderdale station.

The tower is named 11 Andrews, and is proposed to include:

  • 425 multifamily residential units
  • 7,400 square feet of commercial
  • Amenities, including co-working space
  • 425 parking spaces

The tower is planned to top off at 484 feet above ground.

Bachow Ventures is the developer. Bachow said they hope to break ground in Q4 2023, according to the SFBJ.

A Goodyear service center would be demolished to make way for the project.

Miami’s Cube 3 is the architect.

Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee is scheduled to discuss the proposal at a meeting today.
