50-Story Legacy Miami Worldcenter Ready For Foundation Pour In May

Construction is on schedule at the 50-story Legacy Miami Worldcenter tower, and a foundation pour is scheduled for next month.

The progress update was made in a social media post by One World Properties, the in-house broker for the developer.

The “neo-futuristic” tower broke ground in August 2021.

Site preparation and piling work have both now been completed, One World said.

Over 600 piles were installed, reaching up to 156 feet in the earth.

The next step is a foundation pour, which is scheduled for the end of May.

The 11,000 square foot concrete foundation will require 3,700 cubic yards of concrete.
