Alejandro Sanz, 51, is going through difficult financial times.

According to Javier Ceriani, the interpreter of ‘Corazón Partío’ asked a banking institution for $ 7 million, a debt that rose to $ 11 million due to the interest generated.

Unable to pay what was owed, Sanz was forced to hand over his residence to the bank, since it was used as collateral. Despite this, it turned out that the artist still owes $ 4 million.

The mansion was built in 1933 and located at 20150 North Bay Road.

The house, with an area of ​​32,291 square feet, has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, living room, TV room, recording studio, gym, among other rooms.
