They say it was love at first sight. The famous mole next to the mouth model and her husband decided to travel a few miles away from their residence in Malibu, California, to invest in a new vacation home on the Miami coast.

The search led them to Biscayne Bay, in the heart of Miami Beach, where they found this modern oceanfront construction. The new property, for which they paid about $ 9.625 million, offers large social areas, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, open galleries and a pool facing the sea.

The house occupies about half an hectare surrounded by lush vegetation and on the shore of Biscayne Bay.

The couple, who reside in Southern California, purchased the home shortly before the New Year’s Eve festivities. They were captured not only by the architectural design of the house -modern, with an exposed brick front, designed in a single and large floor- but above all its magnificent exteriors, framed by lush vegetation.

In keeping with the style of the house, the interiors appeal to modern design, with well-made furniture. Wooden ceilings and large windows are from the beginning.
