Bugle Miami

A Party Pad High Above Miami’s Biscayne Bay

Whether you like Miami for its party scene or its splashy views of Biscayne Bay, the presidential suite planned at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is designed to put owners at the center of the action. The 65-story tower, developed by PMG and E11EVEN Partners, will offer the same vibe as the nearby 24-hour E11EVEN nightclub that is known for attracting celebrities such as Usher, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj and Jamie Foxx.

“Most of the buyers at E11EVEN are very familiar with the E11EVEN brand and subscribe to our work hard/play hard mentality,” said Michael Simkins, owner of E11EVEN partners and president and CEO of Lion Development Group. “The whole concept for the building is to be extremely luxurious but also inclusive.”

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Avroko Hospitality Group and Studio Ramirez, E11EVEN is already sold out except for its two presidential suites that were recently listed for $8.5 million and $9.5 million.

“The architects designed this unique exposed concrete building that’s narrower at the bottom and then cantilevers out starting at the 11th floor,” Mr. Simkins said. “The entire design is centered around the day club on the 11th floor, which will include pools, bars, DJs, a performance space and cabanas that each have their own Jacuzzi and TV.”

The $9.5 million presidential suite will have 14-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass walls. A built-in aquarium, which can be placed anywhere the buyers choose, will provide a dramatic focal point for the condo and emphasize the ocean views outside, Mr. Simkins said.

The E11EVEN tower in the Park West neighborhood of Miami will be among the tallest in the area.

“The presidential suite on the 62nd of the building will cover half the floor and will have these dramatic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline,” Mr. Simkins said. “It’s set up like an amazing entertainment suite with a swimming pool just outside this huge living and dining area.”

The suite includes two bedrooms, a powder room and two full bathrooms. The balcony with the swimming pool includes an outdoor kitchen and a second balcony is accessible from both bedrooms.

“Both balconies have water views, and one has an unobstructed view to downtown Miami, while the other overlooks the Wynwood Arts District,” Mr. Simkins said. “The primary suite has this huge bathroom with glass walls with these amazing views. The whole unit is customizable, so if someone wants to add more bedrooms and bathrooms, they can.”

Condo owners will be able to list their units as part of the building’s hotel program as short-term rental or hotel rental options if they want to generate revenue. Prices for the previously sold units range from $300,000 for a studio to approximately $22 million for a two-level penthouse that combined two units.

Stats

The condo is scheduled to be completed in March 2024. The presidential suite will have 3,272 square feet of living space with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room and 1,059 square feet of terrace space.

Amenities

Planned building amenities include a Las Vegas-style “day club” with multiple pools, cabanas and stages; a recording studio, a casino-style sports lounge, multiple restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant, a spa by wellness guru Deepak Chopra and a beach club. Both presidential suites will have their own private pool, two balconies, an outdoor kitchen and a built-in aquarium.

A multi-story LED screen, sound, light and atmospheric effects will be part of the day club’s performance spaces.
