Aston Martin Residences Sales Center About To Be Demolished, Water Feature Planned

The sales center at Aston Martin Residences is closing for demolition, according to a social media post by in-house broker Juliao Group.

A water feature will be built in place of the sales center, the post said.

Building Department records show that a permit for total demolition was applied for on May 17, and is pending review.

According to the permit, a total of 9,731 square feet will be demolished at a cost of $110,500. Thunder Demolition is listed as the contractor.

There are now about 17 condo units remaining to sell at Aston Martin Residences, out of 391 units being built, the broker said.

The sales center itself has seen 12,600 visitors since opening, and will reopen in another location.

Aston Martin is the tallest ever condo tower built in Miami, at 816 feet above ground. Completion is scheduled for later this year.
