David Guetta Accepts Bitcoin And Ethereum As Payment For $14 Million Condominium In Miami

Global EDM superstar David Guetta is reportedly selling his multi-million dollar condo in Miami – and it can be yours for 38 Bitcoin.

According to a report released by Mansion Global, Guetta paid $ 9.5 million for the 2,521-square-foot, three-bathroom apartment in 2018 and has now listed it at a price of $ 14 million with the help of Miami-based broker Freud Group. This sum can be paid in cash or cryptocurrencies like Ethereum or Bitcoin, according to the Freud Group’s property list.

The Guetta estate provides access to the Setai Hotel amenities including three oceanfront swimming pools, a spa, gardens and a fitness center.

Guetta isn’t the only luxury real estate owner in Miami-Dade to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment. A recent Cointelegraph report found that 16 luxury oceanfront properties in Miami Beach are also currently accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum as payment methods, including the lavish penthouse Villa Nove, which is currently listed for a whopping $ 38 million.
