Two developers have submitted plans for separate projects near Brightline’s new Aventura station, totaling 1,125 apartments.

Modera Aventura

The first project is called Modera Aventura, and was submitted to Miami-Dade by Mill Creek Residential on April 5.

Modera Aventura is proposed to have 2 15-story buildings that include:

• 840 apartments (using a 25% workforce bonus)
• 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail
• 1,201 parking spaces

Corwil is the architect.
