Dine on Prince Pizza, Mr. Mandolin, and More at This New Massive Wynwood Space

Always buzzing Wynwood has a new hangout spot: The Oasis, a 35,000-square-foot space boasting six outdoor food stalls, an indoor/outdoor cocktail lounge, and a large outdoor courtyard with a “Tower Bar,” and a stage for live performances.

The brainchild of Sven Vogtland and Alan Drummond, two of the co-founders behind Coyo Taco, 1-800-Lucky, and the new Moxy Hotel, it offers a range of diverse dining options each operating from a colorful, outfitted shipping container. Food choices include a selection of outposts from New York City along with Miami favorites. Instagram favorite Prince Street Pizza makes its debut in the Magic City alongside acclaimed Italian sandwich shop Alidoro. On the local front, the Coyo team debuted Los Buenos, serving tacos on hand-pressed tortillas, along with fried chicken sandwich focused CHIKIN, gyoza and dumplings from Buya Dumplings + Buns, and an outpost of the Mediterranean focused Mr. Mandolin.

As for beverages, guests can grab a drink from the Tower Bar, constructed from shipping containers and depicting a colorful mural by renowned Spanish artist Antonyo Marest, which also serves as the focal center for the outdoor space. While nestled in the back of the property is Huacachina, a lounge focused on craft cocktails.

Programming will be a big focus of the space, which is already planning to kick off its opening weekend with a Tiesto concert. The Oasis also intends to showcase rotating art installations, plays, comedy and stand-up acts, poetry events, and political events. Plans for several retail shops, including a cafe and fitness studio, as well as Spotify’s Miami headquarters are also in the works.

The Oasis is now open at 2335 North Miami Avenue from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. daily. Alidoro, Buya Dumplings, CHIKIN, Mr. Mandolin, Los Buenos, and Prince Street Pizza will be open from noon to midnight Sunday to Wednesday, and noon to 2 a.m Thursday to Saturday.
