New Renderings Of Robert A.M. Stern’s St. Regis Residences: Demand Has ‘Surpassed All Expectations’

The developers of the twin-tower St. Regis Residences project in Brickell have released new renderings and say that demand for condo units is much stronger than expected.

“Demand for The St. Regis Residences, Miami surpassed all expectations,” said Jon Paul Pérez, President of developer Related Group.

The St. Regis Residences will feature two towers, rising 48 and 47 stories, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Interiors are by Rockwell Group.

The eastern Astor Tower accumulated $400 million in sales since launching in March, according to a press release today.

Developer have now launched sales for the western William Tower, which will have 183 units.

A partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects previously said the nautical-inspired towers would be a “gift to the Miami skyline.”
