Ring it up? Boxer Jake Paul spied sizing up Miami penthouses

On the heels of a knock-out win against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley, boxer Jake Paul visited the sales office of E11Even Hotel and Residences in Miami just before Christmas.

With his mom, Pam Stepnick, his girlfriend, Julia Rose, in tow, he and his brother, influencer Logan Paul, are considering buying two penthouse units for $20.5 million each, a source tells Gimme.

The unique “ultra-club” branded development’s co-owner Marc Roberts gave them all preconstruction virtual tours of some of the units, including a full floor three-bedroom, 3½-bath penthouse unit.

Both condos come with outdoor kitchens and 7-by-15-foot plunge books.

Studios at the residences start at $350,000.
