A rainy Wednesday has brought flood advisories from Fort Lauderdale down to Miami along I-95.

Some areas have received more than 2 inches of rain already, particularly in Broward, including the Hallandale Beach area. Hollywood police are also asking drivers to stay off of flooded streets.

The heaviest of the rain is over, but we’re still getting light to moderate rain, and that additional rainfall could extend the flood effects in the coming hours.

Conditions are expected to improve into this evening, but there is more rain in the forecast for Thursday.
