HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. –

Video shows an apparent shooting following a road rage incident in Hallandale Beach Friday morning.

Details of what happened are not clear at this time, but Hallandale Beach Police initially reported that a U-Haul driver struck multiple vehicles before coming to a stop at the east intersection of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Interstate 95.

The video, shows a chaotic scene as a man points a gun and fires multiple shots amid a throng of vehicles stopped at a traffic light.

“The light was red. Then I was there. And one guy in the middle of the street with a gun like this, pop!” a witness told Local 10 News. “(It was) absolutely scary.”

A crash not far from the first scene on Interstate 95 near Ives Dairy Road may be connected, according to preliminary information from police.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said they transported an adult victim to Aventura Hospital from that scene. It remains unclear how each scene is connected.

Hallandale Beach Police said the Broward Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol are assisting in their investigation.
