Developers Propose 1,125 Apartments Near Brightline’s New Aventura Station

Two developers have submitted plans for separate projects near Brightline’s new Aventura station, totaling 1,125 apartments. Modera Aventura The first project is called Modera Aventura, and was submitted to Miami-Dade by Mill Creek Residential on April 5.
